Safety in Shadows

In this asymmetric battle against the State, our only chance until we build up our strength is staying below the radar.

These first years we are extremely vulnerable to attack.

Do not give your name! Do not communicate details of the project openly. Do not communicate with members of the project outside your cell except through established, safe, encrypted channels. Do not introduce someone to your cell, unless you know them in person. If your cell gets too big, break it up into smaller units.

In your recruiting efforts, use pseudonyms, post with another username, do not use your normal e-mail account. Never post in places frequented by socialists, fascists or state sympathisers.

Members and potential members of the project often complain of the difficulties that this decentralization creates. It is true, in the beginning it can slow us down, but he result will be a flexible, secure, trustworthy system which is can react to changes in the situation and survive the economic and political crisis which is already upon us.

We believe in liberty, not in central planning. Different cells will come up with different solutions for communications, trade, defense and transport. When we meet on the island we can share this knowledge and learn from each other.

Atlantis Venezuela

The island of Atlantis is in a beautiful spot next to Isla Tortuga, ancient pirate refuge.
It is close enough to Caracas and the mainland to make it an attractive location for a commercial shipping hub, offshore banking or tourism magnet.

The Atlantis Island Project

Politically opressed activists from Venezuela have joined to research, fund and establish an anarcho-capitalist island off the coast of Venezuela in the proximity of Isla Tortuga. The objective is to have a fully working community on the island by 2015.

The A.I.P. foundation has already written a voluntaryist Constitution to be the basic law of Atlantis, enforcement of which would not be in any way centralised.
